Ordering and Delivery
Our Martha V shopping website is a way to offer you a service that enables you to update your wardrobes in safety and at leisure at home.
The site is simple and functional. If you want to search an item, colour, style, etc, then you can use the search icon (magnify glass on the top right of the home page). Or use the 'Refine' bar on the 'Shop' page to filter what you are looking for.
After your order is received, you will receive an email or text to confirm the order. This will come from Martha V!
If on the rare occasion you do not receive an email, then please check your spam folder, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check we have received it.
You will receive updates when your order is processed, posted or ready for collection. Please check your emails or choose to get text updates. Payments made will show in your bank as Martha V shopify.

The following relates to our delivery policy of online orders. Our delivery partner is Royal Mail. Online orders are processed every Tuesday and Friday, or sooner.
Please note your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by using Royal Mail, therefore shipping times can vary. You need to choose the correct shipping charges, which is in connection to the order cost.
For orders placed before 12 noon on a Tuesday and Friday, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Postal charges apply. We aim to arrange kerbside pick up orders within 24 hours of the order.
For orders placed before 12 noon on a Tuesday and Friday, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery costs will vary according to country of receipt. Please contact us before ordering for a postage cost. Duty and Taxes may be incurred!

Tracking your delivery
You will be sent tracking information via email from our SHOPIFY service once your order has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
During our busy sale period, delivery's may take a little longer than usual. We can not guarantee stock availability for all sale items at time of ordering, from picking in store! Should this happen we will contact you asap by phone or by email to inform you. Some items may require a higher shipping charge usually by exception only and in this instance we will notify you by email.
Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
