Returns and Exchanges
You need to notify Martha V by email of your wish to cancel your order. Any unwanted online purchases must be returned at the customer's expense. Online purchases must be returned in their original packaging, labels and condition, and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice/receipt. Returns must be posted to the following address:

Alternatively, online purchases may be returned by yourself to the shop, during our current opening times. Items returned to the store must be in their original packaging and condition, and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original receipt.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. Refunds will be made to the original card used to make the purchase.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safekeeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged or lost in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage and to obtain a proof of postage certificate. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange jewellery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items. We will however be more than happy to offer you a store credit note or an exchange.
In store returns
In store we have a different returns policy. We issue credit notes for any return, as you are able to take time to try items on. If an item is faulty we will refund the item.
Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Martha V Ltd, and, depending on the circumstances, may not be refunded or only be refunded as a store credit note.
Martha V will exchange goods, but only within a 7 day time frame. We will dispatch your alternative item upon receipt of the returned item. When exchanging items, you will incur a delivery charge for the alternative item to be sent.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, you must contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
